🚚 Return Shipping Responsibility

If a return is approved:

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, customs duties, and taxes, unless the issue is confirmed to be caused by us.

Items must be securely repacked in the original wooden crate or equivalent protective packaging.

Architect Marble is not responsible for damage occurring during return transit.

Improperly packed or transit-damaged returns may be rejected.

🔁 Refund Processing

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 business days.

In cases of shipping damage, Architect Marble will assist with the courier insurance claim process with the selected carrier or logistics provider.

If a claim is denied by the carrier, the item may be returned to the customer at their expense.

🛡 Shipping Insurance

Courier insurance is included by default for all shipments.
Coverage and compensation are subject to the terms and applicable limits of the selected carrier or logistics provider.

In case of transit damage or loss, we fully assist with the carrier claim process, provided that all required documentation is supplied.

❌ Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.

After this 24-hour period, production begins and cancellations or refunds are no longer possible.

All sales become final after the 24-hour cancellation window, except in cases of:

Verified shipping damage reported within 24 hours of delivery with required documentation

Confirmed production or order errors caused by us

Proven manufacturing defects
